The Students Council came up with a great initiative to encourage recycling. They planned a recycling day for everyone and the children worked in groups to upcycle old unwanted items and recyclables. It was a challenge to think of new purposes for old things, but they pulled together and came up with some fantastic ideas. Bord na Móna were running an upcycling competition at the time, so we sent in some entries to them. Thank you to the Students Council for a day of fun and creativity!
